Background
Visto is a one-stop shop for credentials and continuing education courses, offering foundational and advanced training for professionals in the multifamily industry. As a platform co-owned by Grace Hill and the National Apartment Association, Visto plays a critical role in workforce development, providing essential learning tools for industry professionals.
Approach
Verso led a full-scale rebrand and product redesign for Visto, ensuring a cohesive and modernized identity that aligns with its mission. We enhanced clarity in career paths and streamlined the training course player, creating a more intuitive and effective user experience.
Results & Impact
Visto’s transformation resulted in a refreshed brand identity that reinforces its leadership in multifamily education, along with an improved user experience that makes it easier for learners to navigate career paths and complete training. Additionally, cohesive marketing campaigns strengthened engagement across all partner organizations, solidifying Visto’s position as the go-to platform for professional growth in the multifamily industry.


This rebrand was created during COVID 19 so our initial photography shoot of actual agents working in the field was replaced by stock imagery. We matched likeness and space to create a aesthetic that would reflect the environments people worked as well as align with the brand identity.



We developed all advertising templates and landing pages, ensuring a cohesive brand experience. Additionally, we coordinated campaigns with the teams at Visto, Grace Hill, and the National Apartment Association.
